Refund policy

Customers have the right to return goods within 5 working days of delivery to the following address:

Returned goods will only be accepted if:
  • they are in suitable condition
  • they have not been used
  • the product has not been opened and remains in its original packaging

The shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, BeardStyle.ch will refund the cost of the product.
